UK STANDARD £3.99 (MAINLAND UK) (TRACKED)
Orders are estimated to arrive between 1-3 working days after placing your order. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT working days.
Orders received before 3pm will be processed that day, and orders received after 3pm will be processed on the next working day.
COLLECT FROM STORE – FREE (Pwllheli STORE ONLY)
Orders placed before 5pm can be collected on the same day. Usually processed within an hour (due to stock availabilty) you will receive an email confirming when your parcel is ready to be collected from Elspeth Mills, Pwllheli. Excludes weekends (weekend orders processed Monday) & Bank Holiday.
- All delivery time frames are estimations
- There are no collections processed over bank holiday weekends
- All orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day
- Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders
- Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly. Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer

OUR RETURNS POLICY
- Items must be returned within 14 days on the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors.
- Items must have all tags attached.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
- For UK & ROI customers, you are able to return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date shown on the carriers dispatch note. For all international customers, please return unsuitable items within 14 days of receiving your parcels. Please return unsuitable items in their original packaging.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
- We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will check this out for you.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
- As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
